Responsible for the seamless execution of payroll processes and support functions, including:

- Managing end-to-end monthly payroll processing, leave calculations, and workers' compensation
- Overseeing salary packaging, guiding employees, and supporting finance and HR
- Ensuring payroll system integrity and driving process improvements
- Generating timely internal and statutory reports, as well as ad-hoc reports

**The Successful Applicant**:
**Essential**:

- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- Proven success in a end to end payroll officer position
- Strong interpersonal skills, fostering productive relationships internally and externally
- Well-developed organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and using initiative

**Desirable**:

- Qualifications in accounting or payroll
