Payroll Systems Specialist role available in Brisbane Inner City | Permanent position

Your new company

This leading not-for-profit organisation that operates across Australia is seeking an experienced Payroll Systems Specialist to join their growing team on a full-time permanent basis. The role will be based in their Brisbane City Fringe offices, which are located close to various cafés and public transport options.

Your new role

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role within the payroll department. In this role, you will be responsible for system updates, system changes, updating pay codes, payroll reporting, payroll calculations, engagement with various key stakeholders and assisting with payroll processing as required.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:

  • Previous payroll experience within a medium to large environment
  • Previous experience with large payroll systems
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
