**About the role**

Are you passionate about digital learning design? Do you possess a strong background in developing engaging training materials and driving digital learning initiatives? If so, RACQ Insurance has an exciting new opportunity for you to join the Experience and Optimisation team as an Insurance Digital Learning Specialist. As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and delivering engaging digital learning experiences to enhance the knowledge and skills of our insurance team members. Your expertise will contribute to the continuous growth and development of our employees, ensuring their proficiency in insurance products, industry regulations, and member service. Your key duties will be to:

- Design and develop interactive and engaging e-learning modules, videos, simulations, and other digital training materials using our LMS.
- Regularly update and maintain existing digital learning materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital learning programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms, making improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital learning and instructional design.

**About you**

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will have a drive for quality, insights-driven, and best-practice learning pathways. You will ideally come from an experienced Learning Design background and have experience within a larger organisation with complex and changing needs. Ideally you will have:

- A minimum certificate in a relevant study area
- Proven experience in designing and developing digital learning materials, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems (LMS)
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and instructional strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organisational and project management skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively, and
- Familiarity with insurance products, industry regulations, and customer service practices will be advantageous.
