**ABOUT OUR CLIENT**

Our client is one of Australia's fasted growing privately owned fibre to premises operators. They provide ultra-fast broadband services in high density residential and commercial areas.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

As HR Manager, you will be responsible for providing expert HR advice to the Leadership team across all areas, including recruitment, retention, onboarding, performance and management, employee relations, HR policies and procedures.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- Provide end to end recruitment administrative support;
- Ensure that there a robust framework in place for staff induction, orientation and compliance;
- Ensure the formal exit process is completed for all exiting staff and that employment standards, legislation and practices with the current Fair Work exist and are applied;
- Ensure all employee records are appropriately filed and kept confidential;
- Ensure leave management practices are adhered to and are recorded in a timely fashion;
- Provide regular reporting and analysis of employee data;
- Promote OHS and wellbeing initiatives;
- Oversee and co-ordinate the effective running of the Human Resource office including a high level of communication with the Payroll officer and Finance Manager;
- Other duties as required.

**SKILLS & EXPERTISE**
- Possess a HR Management qualification, with substantial experience within HR environment is highly desirable;
- Experience working in a complex, highly regulated environment;
- Demonstrated experience in establishing and fostering relationships;
- Proven experience in policy development and effective process design;
- A high level of competency in Microsoft Suite and proficiency in understanding systems;
- Possess a high attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
