We have an exciting opportunity to step into the role of Inside Sales Specialist for tyreconnect.

In this role you will be responsible for calling existing clients to maintain business and upsell products and services.

**Job Description**:
**What you’ll do**
- Make outbound calls to existing customers to understand their business requirements and identify sales opportunities, including upselling products and services.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates, both internal and external competitors.
- Maintain CRM database.
- Explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
- Disseminate marketing information to clients.

**Qualifications**:
**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role within a call centre or related sales position.
- Technology fluent, ability to work across multiple different software and phone systems.
- Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM.
- Track record of achieving agreed KPIs.
