We are on the hunt for a self-motivated, proactive Customer Service Officer to join their fast-paced dynamic team to provide quality customer service to their valued customers.

- Provide customers with continuity and provide them with the stratification on knowing that you will be there go to person.
- Process customer requests efficiently and within set timeframes
- Act as an advocate for customer satisfaction, leading a customer first culture.

**The Appointee**
- Ideally previous experience in a similar customer service or inbound call center role
- Exceptional phone manner and able to deal with all types of personalities.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- A motivation to learn and self-develop.
