**Role**

You will be working in the credit limited department and will be managing your own portfolio of clients.
Liaising between clients and underwriters on a daily basis, your role will offer variety and a great balance between client management and administration with your core responsibilities involving:
- Checking and verifying all information submitted to ensure no discrepancies
- Following up on ledgers
- Writing letters to clients to let them know if they have been accepted or not and to what value
**Working hours**
You will have the option of working 8am - 4.30pm or 8.30am - 5pm depending on your client base. After an initial 6 month training period you have the option of working from home 2 days a week.

**About You**
- You are a natural relationship builder and can build rapport with your customers
- You have excellent communication skills and experience in customer service
- You have administration experience and/ or excellent written communication
- You love to learn and have a can-do attitude
