**Salary: $73,617.96 - $78,471.29 per annum plus 12% superannuation**

An exciting 12-month opportunity exists for a customer focused administrator to provide confidential, and efficient administrative support including data entry and research assistance to the Social Policy and Inclusion Team.
**About the role**
As Grants Support Administration Officer, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Grants Officer, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, assisting with research, and handling a range of administrative tasks. You will also be a friendly point of contact for community members, providing education and support throughout the Grant and Sponsorship process.
**You will have**:
- Tertiary qualification in office administration and/or relevant experience.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Experience in supporting community members and groups to feel comfortable and actively participate
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with a range of people.
- Proven ability to provide high quality and accurate administrative assistance.
- The ability to work within an environment that values continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.
