Administration & Case Support Worker

Provide a welcoming reception and admin support to our Housing Supports teams. Make a positive difference in clients' lives, acting as the primary source of info and advice for our Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs, located in Morwell 3840
- About the Role:

- **Provide a welcoming and professional first point of contact** for all clients, visitors, and staff in person and over the phone.
- **Offer crucial administrative support** to the Tenancy Advocacy & Support team and other Teams within Quantum as required, including managing mail, maintaining a tidy reception area, and assisting with various tasks.
- **Act as a primary source of information, advice, and referrals** for the Tenancy Advocacy & Support programs.
- **Provide essential case support** by assisting with administrative tasks like case notes, completing referral forms, and managing data on the Client Record Management (CRM) system.
- A client-focused approach with the ability to provide high-quality services in line with organisational policies.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyse situations, consider the broader context, and develop practical solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work well with others, actively listen, and contribute to a team environment.
- Resilience in handling challenging situations, maintaining a solution-focused mindset, and practicing self-care.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working with Children Check |Police Check.
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or other related field or equivalent experience. (refer to Position Description).
