- About the role:
The objective of this role is to assist the Corporate Services Manager (CSM) and Chief Finance Officer (CFO) in the day-to-day operations of the organisation’s corporate and commercial functions.
- Assist in the coordination of infrastructure management plans.
- Provide project management administration assistance for major organisational projects.
- Liaise with ICT to ensure applicable resourcing of corporate service staff.
- Assist in administrating all corporate contracts and commercial legal requirements.
- Maintain Lease renewal timelines and undertake exit inspections of properties.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE** - what you will bring;
- Relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Administrator, or Administrative Support Officer.
- Demonstrated high level report writing and communication skills.
- A working understanding of the Not for Profit (NFP) practices, processes and client base.
- Ability to identify, plan, implement and evaluate quality improvements within the financial practices of a Not for Profit (NFP) organisation.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management and/or Administration and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related role within a mid-tier Not-For-Profit Organisation.
