Our client, a large waste management business in the Morwell area, has a current requirement for an experienced Administration Officer.

Your new role

Reporting to the National Administration Manager you will perform duties and be responsible for:

- _Payroll processing in Kronos_
- _Invoicing_
- _Raising purchase orders and credit notes_
- _Checking and closing work orders_
- _Generate and creating reports_
- _Providing administration support_

Your skills and experience

To be considered for this role you will have
- _Proven experience as an office administrator_
- _Experience in Coupa, JDE or Kronos software would be advantageous_
- _Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Intermediate to advanced Excel skills)_
- _Outstanding communications and interpersonal abilities_
- _Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles_
- _High attention to detail_
- _Teamwork - work across multiple departments and build relationships._
- _Quick learner and Ability to learn and retain information_
- _Need to work autonomously as well as in a team with minimum supervision_
