- About the role:

- Assistance with intake and duty phone.
- Supporting the Carer Recruitment Coordinator and Practitioner with the facilitation of Carer recruitment activities, carer training, and carer assessments.
- Upload and update information to the Online Carer Resource Portal.
- Provide general administrative support to the broader Care Services teams when required.
- Promote Community Engagement through disseminating information and increasing the awareness of the needs of the client group.

- Advanced interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and also effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to attend and engage at Community events.
- Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence |Working With Children Check |Police Check
- Minimum requirement of Cert IV in Community Services or other relevant or appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or experience relevant to this position
