This exceptional business is recognised as a leader in its service delivery to the WA mining industry with clients in the Pilbara and Goldfields ranging from tier 1 miners to juniors moving into operations for the first time.

The company has more than 200 workers plus contract labour hire operating out of facilities in the Pilbara, Goldfields, Midwest and Perth and equipment operating across the state.

Outstanding HSEQT performance is a cornerstone of the company’s licence to operate and as such we are looking for a rigger with health and safety qualifications that is keen to progress into a dedicated HSEQT role.

**About You**

You are an developing HSQ practitioner with experience in heavy lift and rigging You are ambitious and aspire to progressing into health and safety senior leadership.

Your passion for the safety of your colleagues is obvious to all and you are equipped with the tools to drive behaviours in the field. You enjoy being on site and spending time with the team. You will also balance the need to be visible in the field with your Perth office responsibilities.

You build strong relationships and communicate well at all levels. You are curious, humble, confident and sociable.
