- Partner with business leaders and key stakeholders

- Create and deliver innovative sourcing strategies
- Support and promote employer branding activities

- 360 Recruitment for both Blue Collar and White Collar

- Experience working as an Internal Recruiter
- Heavy Lifting knowledge highly desirable but not mandatory
