Council HR Waste + Civil Machine Operators

Flexistaff is currently seeking experiences and qualified HR & Civil Machine Operators for ongoing & short-term casual contract work (full-time hours). We are looking for candidates with experience in operating Front End loaders, Excavators, Skid steers, Watercarts & Waste Trucks with rear and side lift.

The Role:

As skilled HR Truck Driver & Civil Machine Operator, you will be responsible for driving a heavy rigid vehicle, including but not limited to operating an Excavator, Hook Truck, Front-end Loader & Watercart, to assist in the daily Landfill Clearing & Maintenance of site. The role includes assisting in manual lifting and variety of ADHOC labouring tasks whilst always adhering to operating safety procedures within company regulations.

Criteria:

  • Valid driver's licence (HR Minimum)
  • Previous Experience in similar roles (Desirable)
  • White Card
  • Civil Machinery Tickets or Cert 3 in Civil Construction (Desirable)
  • Previous experience in operating a Hook Truck- (Desirable)
  • Current National Police Clearance - Clean Driving record
  • Pass a Drug & Alcohol Screen Test
