**Job Overview**:
Our mission at Spacecubed is to empower 1 million entrepreneurs, innovators and change makers across Australia. This role will be responsible for some of the programs that contribute to building a flourishing startup ecosystem, and will be responsible for activating the community through events across all our spaces and building and maintaining relationships with members in our spaces.

Some of the key tasks will include working closely with the team to ensure that programs and projects are executed effectively and efficiently, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program timeline and activating the community of startups and innovators. This role will be based at Riff in Perth CBD and will be the key point of contact at the space, responsible for building relationships with the community there.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Program coordinating and operations for various programs and projects, including: Office Hours, ECU WiL Hub, CA in Residence and our Community Activation schedule.
- Managing and implementing an ongoing schedule of Community Events alongside Space Hosts.
- Working closely with our Marketing Team to showcase the projects both internally to members, and externally to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Keeping track of program timelines, and report of progress during weekly team meetings.
- Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external clients, suppliers and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that programs and projects are executed effectively and efficiently.
- Communicating effectively to ensure that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the program or project.
- Hosting at Riff, powered by Spacecubed, and being the key point of contact for our community.

- Assist other teams and projects where necessary

**PERFORMANCE GOALS**:

- Successfully delivering programs and projects within a specified timeframe
- Achieving a high level of satisfaction among program or project participants
- Improving processes or procedures in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Member attendance at key community events
- Reduced member churn as a result of active community building and relationship development

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
