In this role, you'll be managing your own portfolio of clients, liaising on a daily basis with our agents out in the field, data entry within our internal computer system, preparation of customer reporting and data management. Keeping clients updated on all actions thoughtout each case

Key Details:

- Commencing Mid July
- Location : Melbourne CBD/ Hybrid role
- Monday to Friday : 8:30am to 5pm | No weekends
- Training : First 3 months is in Melbourne Office
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a National Police Check

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Immediately escalate any queries or complaints to your team leader
- Ensure targets are achieved for quality assurance and adhere to clients service level agreements and turnaround times
- Attend and actively participate in all team meetings, scheduled one on ones and coaching sessions
- Prepare client reporting and documentation.
- Proactively manage data to ensure clients and field agents details and charges are accurate.
- Processing invoices from field agents and charging clients

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous customer service/administration experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate with and relate to a wide range of people
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team to achieve mutual goals
- Confidence in dealing with objections and quickly building rapport with customers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is desirable
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
