**About the Position**
We are looking for a **Group Sales Manager** to join the Melbourne Agency Team. Working in a dynamic sales environment, you’ll be leading a successful team working across a significant agency portfolio with a team of 1-2 Account Directors and 1-2 Client Implementation Executives.
**About You**
- Drive commercial success across NOVA Entertainment’s broadcast (radio) & digital audio assets (streaming & podcasting)
- Be accountable for target and forecast attainment & the ability to devise strategies and techniques to achieve these targets and forecasts as well as grow an extensive existing client base.
- Lead the coaching and development of your team to extract the best out of each team member and ensure desired results are delivered.
- Creation and management of senior agency and client relationships and high levels of market visibility
- Build and maintain effective internal relationships that model teamwork and drive positive outcomes
- Work collaboratively with the other Group Sales Managers to unite together as the Agency Leadership Team - effectively upholding the Melbourne Agency strategy and being a leader who sets the tone, models positive behaviours and provides support and direction to see the Agency team thrive.
