**About Us**:
As a company, we are driven by a mission to transform businesses into a more efficient, productive, profitable and rewarding places of work. As we expand, we are looking for an office manager to join our team and manage the office operations in an orderly way and keep tabs on projects.
**The Role**:
This full-time role is key to keeping the day-to-day operations of the business running smoothly. You’ll help coordinate tasks, support ongoing projects, and assist the managing partner with daily responsibilities to help manage and organise the business effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Help plan and regularly assess office operations, setting priorities and standards to ensure efficient service
- Organise and manage the use of staff, office space, and equipment to support day-to-day needs
- Delegate tasks to team members and keep track of their progress and performance
- Oversee the management of office records and financial accounts
- Work closely with professionals and stakeholders to coordinate office matters and help solve any arising issues
- Ensure office set up is maintained and in good conditions
- Monitor and enforce health and safety practices within the workplace
- Ensure all processes follow current laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to ensure operations are effective
- Manage records and accounts of the office.
- Act as a liaison between departments to improve communication and streamline operations.
- **Essential Requirements**:
- Degree qualified in related field or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel one week per month or work off-site
- Strong leadership, communication and engagement skills
- Exceptional ability to problem solve and work within a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Be flexible to work within irregular times and at short notice
- Ability to work with Xero accounting platform
- Experience in project management tools like ClickUP
- **Desirable Requirements**
- Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Hold a valid driver’s license
