**Servo Tech Pty Ltd** (trading as **Servo Tech Fabrication**) is a fast-growing fire pipe fabrication company established in 2018 to meet the increasing demands of the construction industry in NSW. Our facility is designed by experienced pipe fabricators for optimal efficiency and productivity. We specialise in the fabrication and delivery of fire sprinkler pipes, custom pump and booster manifolds, and related components, ensuring timely and high-quality service across the state.

**The Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Office Manager** to oversee the administrative functions of our Seven Hills operation. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of internal systems, supporting project timelines, coordinating with suppliers, and managing office personnel processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day office operations including scheduling, procurement, and internal communications
- Oversee document control systems including production records, safety checklists, induction forms, and compliance documentation
- Maintain inventory tracking and ensure timely ordering of office and workshop supplies
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers to manage deliveries, quotes, and service needs
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and HR record maintenance for site and office staff
- Monitor administrative staff workloads and ensure efficient distribution of tasks
- Assist with payroll documentation and ensure all operations comply with internal policies and external regulatory standards
- Promote and support a safe and compliant workplace in line with WHS regulations
- Communicate effectively in a multicultural environment; Korean language skills are advantageous but not essential

**About You**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in office management or administrative coordination, ideally within construction, fabrication, or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet project timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and internal record systems
