An exciting** 12-month fixed term **opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Specialist - Campaigns to join our Bupa Health Services team. This is a hybrid role and can be based from home or our Melbourne CBD office.
Reporting to the General Manager Marketing and Digital, Health Services, your key responsibility is to design and execute dynamic marketing strategies and campaigns. Your focus will be on not only acquiring and retaining customers for our Dental and Optical business but also strategically winning back their loyalty. Utilizing a diverse range of marketing channels, your role will be instrumental in driving customer visitation to our stores and clinics, fostering a vibrant and engaged customer base.
**What will your day look like**:
- Work with the Senior Campaign Manager to help deliver marketing strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Review and manage approvals of all creative concepts carefully ensuring internal stakeholder approvals are sort.
- Develop comprehensive briefs for creative and media agencies to clearly articulate requirements.
- Manage campaigns to deliver on agreed budgets and work with the Senior Campaign Manager to ensure budget trackers are accurately managed and measured.
- Process invoices in a timely manner to ensure suppliers are paid on time.
- Contribute to regular reports to monitor campaign performance and optimisation.
- Ensure all campaign post implementation reviews are completed promptly at the conclusion of campaigns and ensure all internal stakeholders are aware of campaign learnings and performance to business results.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate measurement.
- Act as a champion for data-driven decision-making, promoting a test-and-learn mindset across the organization.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and approval of marketing campaigns to ensure business alignment and proactively seek input and feedback from internal stakeholders to inform marketing campaigns and execution.
- Listen to understand business requirements and make campaign recommendations in collaboration with the Senior Campaign Manager and GM of Marketing.
You may also carry out any other duties reasonably requested by Bupa from time to time.

**What do I need?**
- Bachelors degree in marketing business or communications.
- 5+ years marketing and or campaign delivery experience across integrated campaigns and their ongoing reporting optimization, reporting and PIR delivery in a complex and regulated environment.
- A track record of delivering measurable results and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to media campaigns, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Experience driving continuous improvement and optimization based on campaign performance data and insights.
- Great people skills to manage cross-functional and external stakeholder relationships.
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to successfully operate in ambiguity.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to a high standard on time and on budget.
- A passion to roll your sleeves up and support the team in delivering meaningful experiences to our customers.
- Ability to write and assess copy for appropriate key messages and message hierarchy.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to develop relevant insights and influence campaign optimisation and decision making.
- Ability to draft project timing plans and then execute to them, manage invoicing and campaign budgets to Bupa policy.
