**Your new role**

WA’s longest running mental health promotion campaign, Act Belong Commit, aims to enhance mental health and well-being within communities. We collaborate with over 400 organisations and community groups to implement targeted interventions and create a supportive environment for everyone.

We are currently seeking an organised and proactive individual passionate about health promotion, to join our team as a Project Administrator for a full-time, fixed-term position until June 2026. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and implementation of project deliverables. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, including planning, tracking, reporting, and communication.

**Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)**:

- Establish and coordinate Partnership Program administrative support functions, including project meetings and documentation management (scheduling, agenda preparation, minute taking, presentations, onboarding, and resource and asset implementation).
- Liaise with project teams and stakeholders for data capture, milestone verification, and facilitate communications.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc project reports and maintain project registers and documentation.
- Manage the procurement of goods/services and ensure smooth communication flow among stakeholders.
- Resolve operational issues and assist in developing efficient processes for the Partnership Program.

**Selection Criteria**
- Completion of a diploma qualification with considerable relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health promotion project management frameworks/methodologies.
- Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to organise time and work activities according to priorities and to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated interpersonal and oral communication skills with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated effective written communication skills with the ability to construct clear and concise correspondence and documentation.
- Advanced digital literacy skills, specifically in the Microsoft Office Suite.

**Area Specific Criteria**
- Understanding of mental health promotion issues, priorities and methods.

**Desirable**
- Knowledge and understanding of the Act Belong Commit mental health promotion campaign.
- You will require current work rights in Australia that match the tenure of this role.
