We are seeking a permanent, full time Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly and growing People & Culture team. Based at our new, state of the art Head Office in Collingwood, the Recruitment Coordinator will play a crucial role managing recruitment activities for Bank Australia and will report directly into the Head of People & Culture Operations.
This is an office based position.

**What you will be doing**
- Ensure effective coordination of recruitment, selection and internal transfer processes to efficiently fill vacancies and meet both current and future organisation requirements
- Maintain accurate and up to date records of recruitment activities
- Ensure department and individual KPI’s are achieved promptly and efficiently
- Assist the Head of People & Culture Operations develop and implement relevant Bank Australia policies and processes
- Support the Head of People & Culture Operations with People and Culture projects as required.
**What you will bring**
- Experience and sound knowledge of people and culture practices
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related disciplines, or equivalent business experience
- Excellent communication skills in liaising both internally and externally - including written, oral and interpersonal
- Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment
- Ability to adapt and respond to a changing workplace environment
- Strong Microsoft office and recruitment system experience
