WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Manager, you will work across an extensive cross-functional team driving integration to achieve overall financial, operational and marketplace performance for Pacific. If this is you, you’ll be supporting the Executive & Management IBP meeting cycle through cross functional collaboration to ensure alignment and action against deliverables. In addition, you will gather information from a wide range of sources and stakeholders, analyzing and communicating the risks and opportunities relative to the operating plan and business monitoring, and driving actions to mitigate this risk and capitalize on opportunity with the cross functional team.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Building cross functional scenario plans with focus on risks and opportunities
- Supporting monthly Forecast Alignment of Territory cross-functional plans (PG2N, Consensus Operating, Financial Forecast) including alignment of R&O visibility and action plans
- Analyse and provide recommendations on business-critical projects
- Integrate consumer demand signals & retail plans with key stakeholders to align to strategy, maximize opportunities & balance risk
- Provide support for both local and Geo Executive / Management IBP meetings through preparing agenda and deliverables
- Leading the build of presentations for IBP meetings (Microsoft PowerPoint)

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will report into the IBP Director and work in close collaboration with the IBP Management team. Your cross functional partnerships will include but are not limited to the teams from Demand & Supply Management, Integrated Marketplace, Finance, Nike Direct, Operations and Geo IBP.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
- Bachelor degree in related field (eg. Business, Finance, Retail, Marketing or related field)
- Experience in Planning and Forecasting for a large multi-national organization
- Understanding of broad operational, financial and marketplace concepts
- Strategic business analysis and quantitative skills to approach scenarios methodically with fact-based insights
- Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, influence and collaborate (verbal and written)
- Comprehensive understanding of retail math
- Ability to work in a centre led matrix environment
