Role Overview:
As a Business Integration Specialist at Cyrias, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business requirements with technical execution. Your expertise will ensure the smooth integration of procurement and financial systems, driving process optimisation and enabling seamless data exchange. This role requires a blend of business analysis, software engineering, and system integration capabilities and procurement knowledge making you an essential contributor to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to gather, analyse, and document detailed requirements for integration solutions.
- Evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and define integration software needs.
- Implement integration frameworks focusing on APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
- Develop and maintain integration components using Cyrias's technology stack and relevant programming languages.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after integration deployment.
- Monitor integration systems to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend enhancements.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical and user documentation for integration solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system integration, with strong skills in software engineering and business analysis.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#, and experience with integration tools like APIs and ETL frameworks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Ivalua implementation and maintenance.
- Ivalua Level 3 Technical Certification (SQL and INT).
Key Skills:
- Strong technical expertise in system integration and programming.
- Proficient in business analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Deep knowledge of Ivalua solutions (Level 3).
