Woofy Delights, a leading pet store specializing in high-quality treats and products for dogs, is seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Manager. If you are enthusiastic, organized, and love working with both people and pets, this might be the perfect opportunity for you

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently
- Manage a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, training, and support

- Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or concerns
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed to uphold a safe and welcoming environment for customers and their pets

- Stay up-to-date with pet industry trends, products, and competitor activities

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a retail or pet-related environment
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and engage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Passion for pets and a basic understanding of dog nutrition and care
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required
