Your Role
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our marketing and brand activities in Australia and NZ. Reporting to the Managing Director, you'll manage campaigns, digital platforms, events, and collateral to strengthen our brand presence and support sales growth. You'll ensure consistent brand execution across all business units and coordinate with vendors, and external/internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Executing multi-channel campaigns and events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
- Use customer insights, market trends, and competitor analysis to guide data-driven decisions.
- Create communications and collateral that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Managing website, digital content, and social media presence.
- Developing brochures, sales support tools, and customer-facing collateral.
- Coordinating agencies, sponsorships, and trade events.
- Ensuring consistent brand application across the business. Coordinating in-house sales and marketing training and development.
- Manage the marketing budget for maximum ROI and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
The Candidate
- Experienced sales and marketing professional within the formwork, shoring or general construction industries.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (essential).
- 3+ years' marketing experience, including brand and campaign management.
- Strong digital marketing capability (Google Analytics and LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
- Knowledge of Graphic Design tools, Photoshop, Illustrator is advantageous
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and external and internal stakeholders.
- A creative yet commercial mindset, with proven ability to deliver outcomes within budget.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
