We are searching for an ambitious **Operations Manager**,** who is committed to utilising their knowledge and experience to support their team and exceed the standard of Early Education in Australia.
As the Operations Manager, you will be a part of the Operations team working collaboratively with the Centre Managers and Educators, ensuring the organisations expectations are upheld.
**Key responsibilities include yet are not limited to**:
- Lead and support service delivery, including implementation of new services, to promote integrated approaches and to achieve quality outcomes and objectives aligned with Mini Masterminds strategy, priorities and values
- Ensure reporting requirements are monitored, maintained and completed on time
- Maintain & develop positive relationships & effective communication with the centres suppliers
- Travel to various centres around Sydney to guide, support & mentor.
- Drive team engagement through positive leadership.
- Manage service performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provided effective support, guidance & mentoring to staff members of the centre
- Manage the centres budget and expenditure within the budget framework
- Ensure rosters & staffing of the centre are well organised
- Managing & guiding staff with their professional development & their individual goals & performance.
- Develop & implement the centres programs, systems and operational processes to ensure the successful running of the centres
- Demonstrated proven experience of childcare administration, fair and reasonable Staff Management practices in Childcare, Financial and budget management and reporting, Industry Regulation processes and procedures and Department liaison and reporting experience
- Ensuring that Centre is accredited and meets QIP and NQF standards.
- Responsible for ensuring all centres are well prepared for A&R
- A Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with 5 years’ experience as a Centre Director
- Current first aid/CPR including asthma and anaphylaxis certificates
- Strong understanding of Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- A sound knowledge of Kidsoft software.
- Exceptional knowledge and experience in leading a team of professional staff.
- The ability to develop effective & positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- A solid understanding of policies, procedures and regulations.
- Desire to continually learn and add value to our childcare centres
- Drivers License
