Mini Masterminds is a vibrant and growing group of Childcare centres across Sydney. We are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our collaborative team at the Head Office. You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to create inspiring and engaging content that captures the hearts of prospective parents and educators.

This role will manage the development of all organic social media content for Mini Masterminds and two smaller businesses predominately across facebook, Instagram and Linked In. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to evolve our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:
Identify topics and the creation of the monthly social media calendar to produce engaging content to inspire enrolments and recruitment.
- Ensure our social media content brings our brand values to life and differentiates Mini Masterminds from our competitors.
- Liaise with the Mini Masterminds Centre Directors for content displaying the activities and events at each centre.
- Increase the followers across Mini Masterminds boosting posts to build awareness and reach.
- Monitor competitor activity across our social media platforms.
- Keep up to date with the childcare industry trends to identify interesting and relevant topics.
- Manage social media community engagement.
- Monthly reporting on our social media metrics drawing insights for future activity.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a similar role covering social media and content generation.
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Digital Marketing, Communication and Media or Marketing.
- A confident communicator with excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Have an eye for creativity
