**The Sustainability & Governance Coordinator** will play a crucial role in advancing the organisation's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) agenda. The primary responsibility will be to oversee all ESG data collection across the business and coordinate internal and external ESG-related reporting requirements.
By doing so, you will drive sustainability performance, monitor, and evaluate the company's progress against sustainability objectives, and ultimately foster positive change in the business's ESG strategy.
Reporting to the Quality and Governance Manager, the Sustainability & Governance Coordinator will collaborate with various departments within the organisation to support the implementation of ESG policy initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing data, providing enhanced insights, and generating reports to facilitate continuous improvements in ESG performance.
**The key responsibilities for the Sustainability and Governance Coordinator will be**:
- Support the successful execution of the ESG strategy
- Maintain all records, minutes, and databases
- Create and manage a repository for data capture based on the various reporting requirements
- Maintain the ESG strategy Gantt chart
- Take meeting notes and distribute agendas in advance of meetings for WHS, risk and quality compliance
- Assist others to research and /or collate information related to their ESG related tasks
- Work with customer engagement to put out a quarterly ESG newsletter
- Put out monthly Yammer posts outlining the ESG initiatives undertaken in the past month that align with the ESG strategy
- Assist with the compilation of external reports and action plans
