- This role will see you support and coordinate the delivery of complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of tolling and transport technology. You will support Senior Project Managers manage project planning, stakeholder engagement, financial tracking, and reporting in a dynamic and technically rich environment. You’ll build efficiencies and deliver outcomes that align with Transport for NSW’s strategic goals, while developing your expertise in enterprise risk management and project governance.

You will lead accurate reporting and resource coordination using tools like ServiceNOW ITBM and contribute to coordination of Project Control Group and Steering Committee meetings. This is a high-visibility role where your input will directly influence decision-making and project success.

**About you**
- Your strong project coordination skills, formed across Technology projects, transport or technical environments, will see you manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes. You’re recognised for your precision in reporting, ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and confidence in managing financials and resource demand. Skilled at minute-taking, risk management, and using project portfolio tools, you bring a proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to drive results.

You’re experienced in ServiceNOW ITBM and familiar with the Transport Project Execution Framework. You thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and operational execution, and you’re not afraid to lead with influence and integrity.

You hold appropriate tertiary qualifications or can demonstrate relevant, equivalent professional experience that equips you to succeed in this role.
