Company Description
TPRC is a trusted partner to Australian businesses looking to add skilled talent to their teams. Our Perth and Manila-based teams work hard to find great opportunities for great people and are justifiably proud of their success.
We’re experiencing significant growth across the business which shows no sign of slowing down, so it’s a brilliant time to join us as we move into the next phase of our journey.
**About the role**:
We are looking for an Office Admin to help keep the wheels turning. This is a part-time role (20 hours per week) with flexibility for you to choose the hours that work best for you, based out of our office in beautiful Nedlands.
We’re looking for someone who is flexible, happy to turn their hand to whatever needs to be done to keep the office running smoothly, and can work happily under pressure. You’ll have a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, and always be looking for ways to improve things and make everyone’s lives easier.
**You’ll be responsible for**:
- Organising the office and assisting the team to make sure they have everything they need, including presenting a business case for improvements you think we could make
- Filing and document management, updating records so that we know what’s going on if you’re not around
- Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments when required
- Monitoring levels of supplies, stationery, equipment, etc and handling shortages. (We grind to a halt if we run out of post-it notes.)
- Resolving office-related malfunctions where possible and escalating when more help is necessary
- Managing external cleaning companies and ensuring work is being done to a satisfactory level
- Performing receptionist duties when needed
**About you**:
Ideally, you will bring:
- An understanding of office management procedures and a love of process
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- An aptitude for problem-solving and a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
