**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of fortnightly payroll and ensure the accurate and timely provision of payroll services to all stakeholders. Your contribution will help maintain compliance with legislative requirements and foster a culture of service excellence within the payroll function.

Some of your duties will include:

- Process timesheets and salary changes accurately and efficiently on a fortnightly basis.
- Maintain employee records including onboarding, offboarding and employment changes.
- Respond to payroll enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Support compliance by staying up to date with relevant legislation, awards and internal policies.
- Assist the payroll team during peak periods and staff leave.
- Provide administrative support across the full range of payroll and HR functions.

Conveniently based at Perth Children's Hospital, this is a 0.6 FTE role in an ongoing capacity.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

- A minimum of two years' experience in payroll or general administration.
- Year 12 or equivalent qualification.
- High-level data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and major software platforms.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to work independently.
- A strong sense of confidentiality and understanding of relevant legislation and awards.
