**The Opportunity**:

This new position will be an important part of our success, to open new clubs, to reach more members and ultimately help them reach their own health and fitness goals.

The Documentation Officer (Project Administrators/Contract Administrators encouraged to apply) requires attention to detail with strong project management skills combined with excellent communication, and contract administrations skills.

Reporting to our Development Manager, you are someone who is looking for a fast-paced role to develop your project/contract management skills in a rapidly growing business with great career opportunities to grow in your role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supporting our Development Manager
- Project Management for each of our club openings, working in close partnership with our operations team, builders, and contractors
- Strong liaison and communication with consultants, contractors, trades & suppliers
- On-site coordination skills
- Data entry & working knowledge of project tracking software (Microsoft Project)
- Raising and checking Purchase Orders - liaising with consultants, contractors & suppliers
- Existing Club Interface with the Operations team
- Maintain organised records
- Document Control

**Essential Criteria**:

- Project Management and multi-tasking experience, with an agile approach
- Problem Identification and Solution Driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project
- Customer Service and Experience Driven
- Current Driver’s License
