Our Transformation team helps organisations reimagine what's possible and deliver impactful results. We partner with clients to uncover their needs, navigate complexity, and drive meaningful change.

We’re growing and looking for a senior leader to shape our **Workforce Modernisation** **Consulting** **Capability** and scale our success across ANZ. This is an opportunity to lead high-impact projects, mentor the next generation of customer-obsessed consultants, and play a key role in delivering transformative outcomes for our clients.

**The Role**

This position leads the strategic development and delivery of **Workforce Transformation services** — including Workforce Modernisation, Strategic Change Management, Operating Model Design, and HR Transformation — within Slalom’s Australian Transformation capability team.

**What You’ll Do**

**Client Delivery & Strategy**
- Liaise with executive and senior clients to shape and drive transformation
- Design workforce and change solutions aligned to client goals
- Bridge business-technology gaps to enable transformation
- Lead operating model design, strategic roadmaps, and business cases
- Build trusted client relationships across HR, L&D, Org Design, and Change
- Ensure delivery quality and resolve project escalations

**Market Leadership**
- Shape Workforce Modernisation capability strategy and planning
- Represent Slalom through thought leadership and industry engagement
- Develop and drive go-to-market offerings and growth

**Business Development**
- Act as an SME and Solution Lead in pursuits and RFx responses
- Build pipeline and lead business development efforts
- Leverage personal network to grow the business

**Team & Talent Development**
- Lead hiring strategy and workforce planning
- Mentor and develop consultants; support learning initiatives
- Partner with Talent team on performance and development processes

**Operational & Financial Management**
- Contribute to strategic planning and budgeting
- Manage utilisation, cost to serve, and headcount growth targets

**What You’ll Bring**:

- ** Consulting Expertise**: 5+ years in consulting leadership roles in Australia, with a focus on change, leadership, and talent
- ** People Leadership**: 5+ years leading teams and delivering complex transformations
- ** Strategic Mindset**: Strong vision, critical thinking, and ability to translate strategy into action
- ** Executive Presence**: Experience advising C-suite stakeholders and influencing outcomes
- ** Organisation Design Expertise**: Skilled in designing operating models, people strategies, and business cases
- ** Delivery Excellence**: Proven track record managing large-scale engagements and financial performance
- ** Workforce Transformation**: 10+ years' experience with relevant certifications; recognised thought leader or mentor
- ** Sales & Innovation**: Strong pursuit leadership and ability to develop new offerings and IP
