The Opportunity
- VPS Grade 4 role, earning $90,067 - $102,192
- Provide project management support to enable the successful workforce implementation
- Prepare documentation and reports for key decision makers, senior executives, and support the implementation of agreed outcomes.

The Project Officer - Workforce will support project planning and monitoring including a range of activities targeted at workforce planning, assisting attraction, recruitment and learning and development to achieve project objectives.
The role operates within a complex and dynamic environment that requires sound judgement, the ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships, using influence and negotiation skills to support the provision of clear advice and effective, timely actions.
To be successful in the role, you will be a confident planner and organiser with great communication skills

Set in a picturesque part of Victoria, Cherry Creek is a safe and secure place where young people can work on getting their lives back on track. Their efforts are supported by programs and services backed by world-leading research on rehabilitation.

Instead of larger dormitory-style accommodation, young people at Cherry Creek sleep in smaller four-bed and eight-bed units across different neighbourhoods.

- Enhanced health, mental health and drug and alcohol support, including a dedicated health centre and two mental health units for young people.
- Purpose-built buildings to deliver programs and education, a recreational centre, and vocational training campus for trade-specific courses.
