As a Communication and Change Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for scoping, planning and implementing a range of change and communication deliverables across 3 assigned projects located in Orange & the Central Coast, NSW.

**This role**:

- Is Based in Parramatta or onsite (occasional travel to regional NSW locations required);
- Reports to Workplace Program Manager
- Acting as Change Lead for 3 workplace projects located in Orange & Central Coast.
- Only open to Australian Citizens, due to the security clearances required.
- Role sits within our key Government clients Workplace Transformation team.

**In this role you will**:

- **Plan, design and implement change management strategy **to ensure impacted staff and their clients are successfully transitioned from their current locations and ways of working to the new desired state based on agreed project objectives;
- Display **Stakeholder relationship management skills **including the ability to negotiate persuasively;
- **Convert technical outcomes **and projects description into **easy-to-understand language **for a variety of communication channels, including digital;
- Undertake **business process analysis **, to determine the impact of different level of proposed change on various business users. This will be evidenced by the ability to translate complex change concepts into appropriate communication material, for a variety of audience types.
- Demonstrate expertise in **developing and implementing consultation strategies, frameworks, and processes.**:

- Plan and **execute change management activities **to support implementation of complex projects and reform initiatives being delivered by the Client.
- Create and implement effective **Engagement and Communication Plans and Change Management Plans.**:

- **Work collaboratively **with BGIS Workplace Solutions team members and DCJ Workplace Transformation team, government business units, and Client change champions to socialize, integrate and embed changes associated the projects deliverables, utilizing appropriate communication artefacts.
- Contribute to planning to ensure **Business Readiness scope **and deliverables are understood and can be confidently delivered.

**To be considered for this role you will have**:

- High level stakeholder engagement and consultation skills, including senior stakeholder engagement and coaching skills.
- Exceptional communication planning and delivery skills and experience, both written, digital, and verbal, with a collaborative approach to engage key stakeholders to support their change journey.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing transformation change projects for government business (evidence of previous government projects to be included in proposal).
- Tertiary level qualifications in a relevant discipline (Communications, Journalism, Business Management, Project Management etc) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in change management and organizational communication.
- Workplace fit-out project experience and ways-of-working transformation experience highly regarded.
- Ability to align with the existing documented change-management practice within our key account as well as assisting to grow that practice.
