**Your new company**
Hays is working with a major distributor and importer of quality foods and beverages with their head office located in the Gold Coast region. The company supports 10 distribution and production facilities across Queensland.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Lead to drive the implementation of their new ERP system, focusing on data migration, process changes, testing, employee training and legacy system decommissioning.
This role will lead the project lifecycle, across multiple teams, ensuring the right implementation strategies are utilised to successfully deliver the project on time and to budget.

**Your new role**
- You are required to adhere to the following responsibilities (but not limited to):

- Oversee the day-to-day initiatives and timelines to guide project team members and ensure the project is of high quality and within scope
- Create and run steering committees and manage associated documentation with a focus on strategy, priorities, compliance and high-level goals
- Engage the use of appropriate project management processes, techniques and tools, to ensure quality project outcomes are delivered
- Prepare reports, presentations and other detailed and strategic documentation related to project initiatives
- Support the governance process ensuring deliverables are compliant and within guidelines
- Prepare and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, steering committee and executive team members.
- Facilitate a detailed change management plan that defines specific goals of the new processes, to enable the successful implementation of the new ERP system.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- You will have minimum 5 years’ experience leading and managing the delivery of projects - focusing on business transformations and technological changes, with demonstrated experience managing complex ERP projects with multiple integrations. In addition, you will have:

- Extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary projects
- Knowledge in supply chain and logistics, systems and processes including business process re-engineering
- Ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and plan and deliver suitable technical solutions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Business process and change management knowledge and experience is advantageous
- Experience in Oracle Netsuite preferred or similar ERP (Epicor, Infor, Sage, Odoo, Technology one)
- MS Project is beneficial
- Formal project management qualifications
