About the Role

This is not your average customer service job. As our Customer & Order Fulfilment Coordinator, you'll manage 50–80 active orders at a time, each with unique requirements and moving parts.

In this role, you're not just "processing orders" – you're problem-solving daily, adapting to shifting priorities, and keeping multiple parties aligned so everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Customers will see you as their go-to contact, confident you know exactly where their order stands at any time.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage 50–80 customer projects simultaneously.
  • Process orders in NetSuite.
  • Place and track orders with local and international suppliers.
  • Coordinate dispatch and logistics, from overseas shipments to local deliveries.
  • Handle complex scenarios: split orders, quantity changes, urgent timelines.
  • Provide proactive communication to customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Assist the Food & Supplement Business Development Specialist.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints with professionalism
  • Maintain accurate records, follow documented processes, and ensure compliance with GMP standards.

What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience in a customer service / order management role.
  • Strong English – verbal and written.
  • High attention to detail with database/CRM management skills.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and ability to recall project details quickly.
  • Firm but friendly communicator who thrives under pressure.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/CRM.
  • Exposure to logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination.
