**Client Manager, Global & Corporate**

Global & Corporate specializes in the provision of exceptional Insurance and Risk Management Services to a broad portfolio of Large Private/Public and top ASX listed businesses predominantly within the not-for-profit and higher education sectors.

This Client Manager opportunity is within a highly successful and dynamic Global and Corporate team which specialises across Health Aged Care Community Service team within Aon Risk Solutions.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Adelaide office.

**What the day will look like**
- Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
- Attracting, retaining and growing clients; and designing appropriate servicing solutions
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the Global & Corporate business
- Working with our Client Service Support, Broking, Claims and the wider Aon Global network to deliver optimised outcomes for the client
- Ensuring client and portfolio profitability is maintained
- Mentoring and developing colleagues within Aon

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience and success servicing a portfolio of clients. Key requirements include:

- Experience within the Insurance market managing a portfolio of clients
- Technical understanding of Insurance products and risk solutions, ideally within health/aged care/not-for-profit
- Experience in working with our claims team to successfully close out claims
- Good cross selling abilities
- Pro-active and great client relationship management capabilities, which includes attracting, retaining and growing clients
- Adept negotiation and relationship building skills with great communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
