**About the Role**

The Client Service Manager (CSM) is responsible for providing client relationship support through both, interacting directly with clients and working closely with team members to ensure exceptional client service is delivered.

The CSM plays a key role in providing high level quality administration and also acts as a point of contact for clients. The role includes assisting the PPW team members with the implementation of new investments and financial strategies, maintaining current investments, accurate data and record keeping, producing correspondence and reporting.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with client enquiries in line with Perks service offering and liaise with key relationships
- Maintain & prepare client reporting
- Placement of investment & direct equity trades on platforms including auto cash management and model portfolios
- Implement new direct property syndicates.
- Management of adviser diary
- Liaise with other Perks pillars regarding mutual client requirements

**Skills and Experience**

Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role are:

- Completion of Diploma of Financial Planning (desirable)
- Completion of Administrative or Business Certificate / Diploma (desirable)
- Experience with financial planning software e.g. Xplan (desirable)
- Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Experience in a professional services environment in a client focused role
