We have an excellent opportunity to join our Commercial Broking business in XXXX. Working with a fun, high performing team, you will be responsible for driving business forward by generating new opportunities whilst managing your own portfolio. The portfolio for this role is XXXX. More specifically, you will be: - Maintaining and developing meaningful business relationships with new and existing clients by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of account management and service delivery
- Describe insurable risk, design appropriate insurance solutions and negotiate andmanage the best deal in the global insurance market - Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with our underwriting partners - Management and maintenance of budget, business plan and debtors - Promote the Arthur J. Gallagher brand within the local business community, the region and nationally. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years related experience required. License required.
Preferred: Professional designation such as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or Associate in Risk Management (ARM) preferred. Excellent sales capabilities; outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
