**About the Company**

We are seeking a Business Support Officer to join a large NSW Government agency with flexible work arrangements. In this role you will provide and coordinate a wide range of business and administrative support services and functions for a range of areas within NSW Government.

**About the Role**
- Provide accurate, professional, and timely records management services, ensuring that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible as required.
- Coordinate record keeping resources and training for staff to improve knowledge and compliance of record keeping responsibilities.
- Manage business procurement processes and coordinate SAP Purchasing Workflow
- Identify and assist with continuous business services improvement and support the implementation of approved recommendations.
- Support the Business Services Manager as required, to facilitate efficient operations in line with business standards, policies, and procedures

**About you**
- Extensivre experience in records management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Drivers Licence and ability to travel between sites
- Strong written and verbal skills
