**About the Company**

We are seeking an energetic person to join a NSW government organisation as a Business Support Officer based in Parramatta.

**About the Role**
- Executive diary and inbox management for the A/Executive Director, including scheduling meetings to facilitate the effective management of their agenda, coordinating travel arrangements etc
- Executive diary management and executive support for the division's Directors
- Strategic coordination support for meetings and other activities essential to the division, including drafting of agendas to support the achievement of business requirements
- Reviewing and collating advice, briefs, correspondence, reports and other business communications - maintaining and updating administrative practices, systems and procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Using business systems to maximise efficiencies and effectiveness - providing a high level of customer service to staff within the Policy and Innovation Division in line with public sector and organisational objectives

- Manage different level of stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail
