Student Support Officer (CRICOS RTO) & IT Professional

**Qualifications**:

- Microsoft Office: 06 Months to 1 year (preferred)
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
- **Student Support Officer**:The Student Services officer will be responsible for the following:

- Updating student register and student management system.
- Following up on all queries with regards to new and existing students.
- Orientation - scheduling and coordinating all staff and students.
- Provide support documentation upon request such as CoEs '
- Undertaking general administrative tasks as required
- Creating and maintaining class lists for every term
- Provide professional reception and customer service to internal and external stakeholders and other visitors as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
