**The Opportunity**

As the People & Culture Lead - Commercial, you will be accountable for establishing a new way of working for the P&C team who partners with the corporate and commercial functions.

You will lead and mentor a team of three working together in an agile ‘flow to the work’ operating model to deliver people and culture partnership that enables the business’ growth ambitions

**The Accountabilities**
- Manage the change towards a flow to work operating model within the P&C team
- Partner with senior leaders to identify the leadership and other capabilities needed to meet and current and emerging business needs, and deliver ANZ wide workforce planning changes in commercial and corporate functions
- Provide guidance and support to teams with complex ER cases
- Actively participate in the ANZ P&C Leadership Team to set the course for the broader P&C team for the year(s) ahead
- Guide the implementation of policy and the design and implementation of projects and change initiatives

- Extensive experience in a best practice HR function as a Senior Business Partner, including experience in an agile/flow to the work operating model
- Strong team leadership, influencing and prioritisation skills
