**HR Administrator / P&C Coordinator - Employee Induction Program**

**About the role**

We have created a new role for a permanent full time P&C Coordinator to join the Learning & Development team based out of our corporate head office in North Sydney.

The L&D team has been busy creating a new employee onboarding program for all new white-collar workers at UGL. The primary objective is to coordinate and administer the employee induction programs and support broader L&D/P&C projects and initiatives.

In this role, you will coordinate in person induction programs in all major offices across Australia. This will include maintaining an event calendar, registrations, invitations, booking rooms, scheduling presenters/senior leaders, supporting new employee tech issues and keeping the LMS up to date with attendance and training availability.

You will also support general P&C matters for the corporate team such as employee hiring, movements and exits, support performance and talent and succession cycles and coordinate graduate recruitment activities.

**Some of your responsibilities**
- Ensure all new starters complete induction programs, including online and face to face inductions
- Coordinate welcome packs for new starters with local office representatives
- Provide onboarding and compliance reporting
- Ad hoc L&D and P&C projects

**About you**
- A strong administration background gained from positions such as HR admin/coordination/learning and development or even event coordination
- Proven ability to deal with situations quickly and efficiently
- You’ll need to be tech savvy and have intermediate level Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- As you’ll be the main point of contact for all inductions, you’ll need to be a great facilitator with highly developed organisation skills
