**THE TEAM**:
Our People & Culture Team create communities for our people and customers to thrive. We set and deliver the People strategy and everything we do enables performance and growth. As trusted business advisors, the People and Culture function works with our customers to focus on activities that strengthen business performance, such as building leadership skills and drive effective change leadership, creating a best place to work, encourage collaboration, employee engagement etc.

**THE ROLE**:
Our Supply Chain function is the engine of our business, making and shipping our wonderful products from our production and distribution sites located across Australia.

As the P&C Leadership Partner, you will partner across a portfolio of Supply Chain Directors and their Leadership Teams. Your role will be to coach our senior leaders to amplify their leadership, leveraging your people expertise, coaching and influencing skills, to support effective decision making that will have a meaningful impact on our organisational culture and business performance.

You will partner with leadership teams to craft an exceptional people plan that enables an inclusive culture and supports performance growth & excellence through our people, whilst keeping safety as a top priority.

You’ll get to lead lots of diverse people initiatives including talent development, organisational change, capability development, business performance management, industrial & employee relations, and helping to shape our culture by building leadership capability, and through engagement, diversity & inclusion strategies.

A key part of your role will be to work together with our P&C centres of excellence to build people solutions for supply chain, using data and insights to ensure that initiatives meet the needs of our diverse supply chain workforce around the country.

You will be part of a high-performing, engaged team that includes experienced People & Culture Business Partners based at our Supply Chain sites around Australia who will work with you to support the execution of the people strategy nationally.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build the leadership capability within Supply Chain, through senior leader coaching and expert P&C advice to the Supply Chain Directors and their Leadership Teams. You will also operate as a key contributor and strategic advisor on building a culture of inclusion, high performance and accountability.
- Constructively & confidently challenge and partner with your business leadership teams to enable great people decisions that will grow their businesses.
- Deliver on a multi-year people strategy: focusing on attracting, retaining and developing top talent which is aligned to the achievement of our long-range business plans.
- Provide thought leadership and generate insights to inform people initiatives encompassing workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion and organisational change and development.
- Enable the consistent deployment of annual people initiatives to achieve organisational objectives in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, talent management and remuneration & reward.
- Partner with local centres of expertise to provide functional insights & input into the design and development of programs and initiatives, reflecting frontline business requirements on Talent, Succession, Leadership, Diversity & Inclusion & engagement.
- Provide advice and guidance on the resolution of complex employee relations issues in partnership with the Workplace Relations & Legal functions.
- Partner with our Industrial Relations CoE in building long-term strategies for our portfolio of workforce enterprise
