**THE ROLE**
As the Workforce Intelligence Partner, you will build and maintain strong working relationships with senior P&C stakeholders across the Australian business. You will be delivering strategically aligned insights to various forums & projects. You will be a trusted advisor for all things People Data & Insights, developing and delivering complex analysis end-to-end. The Workforce Intelligence Partner will bring data to life with their strong visualisation and story telling capabilities, drawing insights from various data P&C data sources. Outside of delivering high quality Insights, you will partner closely with key stakeholders to help build and uplift data and insights capabilities across P&C.
**Key Responsibilities Include**:
- Analyse people data from various sources to identify patterns, trends, and insights across P&C including and not limited to core workforce insight, employee experience, recruitment, talent, and succession.
- Create, communicate, and present visually appealing data and insights for leadership and executive teams
- Design, build and embed high quality insights solutions that can be scaled across the API business, either routine or ad-hoc
- Data and Insights lead on various P&C projects and ad-hoc initiatives - may include, but not limited to, workforce planning and forecasting, strategic initiatives and identifying gaps or talent shortages
- Partner with key P&C stakeholders to develop data-driven strategies and solutions to address complex workforce challenges
- Keep up to date with business updates, industry trends and external best practices for benchmarking
- Update routine dashboards (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) for P&C and present key findings to P&C leadership team
- Develop and deliver content targeted at upskilling data and insights capability across P&C more broadly
- As a senior member of the API Workforce Intelligence team, you will coach and mentor other data and insights members within the team
**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities and tight timeframes (preferred)
- You will need strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical and problem-solving skills (preferred)
- Excellent critical thinking skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills (preferred)
- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders, ideally within P&C (desired)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and embedding high quality insights tools/solutions to the business (desired)
- Strong data visualisation and story telling capabilities (preferred)
- Highly proficient in Excel and other data handling tools (preferred)
- Experience with P&C systems (SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Culture Amp, Glint etc.) (desired)
