Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate **P&C Advisor** to join our People & Culture team. As our new P&C Advisor, you will be working closely with our Australian Field Sales team, providing coaching, and support, guidance, and advice. You will also have the opportunity to work on various projects which will see impact across the whole organisation.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Business partnering with the Field Sales Leadership team
- Provide first level coaching and support to all managers in the field Australia wide
- Provide insights which will lead to improvements within field sales (workforce planning, performance management, talent pipelining)
- Broad business impact through managing various P&C projects across the business

**The ingredients to be successful**:

- Degree qualified in Human Resources or equivalent
- At least 2+years’ experience at an advisory or coordinator level
- Ability to show empathy whilst ensuring business needs are being met
- You can work in a fast-paced ambiguous environment
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in facilitating change management in the workplace
- Experience in interpreting relevant legislation
- Knowledge in performance management and case management
- Ambitious mindset - this role will suit someone who is striving to progress in their career with the next logical step being to move into a Business Partner role
